Delivery conditions
- If not explicit concerted, delivery dates are noncommittal.
- Supply difficulties for reasons beyond our control release us completely or in parts from our delivery commitments.
- No liability and claims for damages can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
- The customer is compelled to check the incoming goods on defects. Possible complaints are to claim not later than one week after the receipt of the goods.
- Minor or commercial deflections compared to the information and images in weight, form, color, dimensions, patterning, quality, constitution or changes are not accepted as defects.
- Damages in transport, wrong delivery amounts and wrong delivery have to be reported not later than 48 hours after receipt.
Pricing
- All prices on our website are recommended retail prices including taxes.
- All other prices are exclusive of sales taxes.
Payments
- Payments can be done during bank collection, per invoice, or in special cases during cash on delivery.
- Within the given grace all arrears must be executed.
- After passed the grace and after the second collection letter, 5% of the payment will be added as default interest.
- Distributors are excluded from this terms. All distributors must do prepayment before getting goods.
Reservation of proprietary rights
- Goods delivered shall remain our property until complete and unlimited payment.
- During the reservation of proprietary rights the customer is liable to keep the goods in orderly conditions.
- The practice of the reservation of proprietary rights doesn’t mean the demission from the contract.
Warranty

Our products are developed, manufactured and certificated on the highest quality demands and latest technical expertises.
- Lacking care and maintenance
- Technical changes
- Overstraining (for example crashes, additional loading, too high torque…)
- Installation of not fitting components
- Non-professional installation (please look at the installation guidance if there is one)
- Usage in a wrong application area. You will find the intended application area is in the enclosed instruction manual.
If there should still be complaints the following guarantee regulations are effective:
All our products have the legitimate warranty deed of two years.
We are totally convinced of the quality and endurance of our products, even under strong circumstances. That’s why we give a guarantee of five years on all our products from the date of purchase, beyond the legitimate warranty deed.
This guarantee involves all fabrication-, manufacturing and material defects. Dekors and lacquering underlie, conditional on usage, a natural abrasion and are therefore excluded from the guarantee.
In the given time of guarantee we are at liberty to repair, deliver parts for replacement or to make an ex gratia settlement for the good in question. If it comes to a credit voucher, the deterioration is offsetted with the usage of the good.
Damages which are caused by improper treatment are excluded from the guarantee.
This is in particular:
The guarantee regulations count for the first-time buyer of the good. In a case of damage he has to provide an evidence (copy of invoice). If this evidence can’t be provided there is no demand on guarantee.

If the case of guarantee turns out to be wrong, the customer can be charged for the costs for control and possible transport.
Disclaimer
- Servants and staff members of MWW Engineering are liable for breaches of duty towards the customer only in case of intention or culpable negligence.
- In cases of originated damages the firm MWW Engineering Inh. Markus Widmann is explicitly not liable for lost profits or financial losses.
Place of fulfillment

The German law is effective. Place of delivery and venue is for both parts, as far as admissible, Augsburg. This jurisdiction clause is also effective when the customer has his or her domicile constantly or temporarily abroad.
